Start from Foz do Rio do Imbé crossing the entire length of Lagoa de Cima, entering the Ururaí River with a favorable current until Pedra da Lavadeira.
The route includes a start at the Lagoa de Cima Yacht Club. The swimmer will travel towards the source of the Ururaí River, entering downstream (favorable current) for 700m to Jonas Deck, as shown in the image
