HOW TO GET TO LAGOA DE CIMA

THE TIP IS:

For Athletes who will disembark at one of the Rio de Janeiro Airports (SDU or GIG).

They should go to the Bus Terminal_Novo Rio and go to Guinchê of company 1001 and take the next bus (bus leaves every hour) to the city of Campos dos Goytacazes, it's a 4 hour journey.

Our tip for athletes coming by bus is that they stay the first night in the city of Campos dos Goytacazes, as there are more hotel options (depending on the time you arrive in the city) and the next day stay in one of the guesthouses in Lagoa de Cima, which is close to Largada dos Desafios. We recommend Pousada Canto da Lagoa.
